Free delivery to mainland UK on every bed. Here's how your order reaches you — and what happens if something isn't right.
Made to order
Every bed is handmade to your order in our Dewsbury workshop, so the usual lead time is 2–3 weeks. We'll call you to arrange a delivery day once your bed is ready.
Delivery
- Free ground-floor delivery to mainland UK addresses on all beds.
- First-floor delivery and assembly are available as options at checkout where you need them.
- Some Highlands, islands and offshore postcodes may carry a surcharge — this is shown at checkout.
Fabric samples
Order up to six free fabric samples before you buy — posted through your letterbox, usually within 2–3 working days, so you can see the true colour in your own light.
Returns
Because each bed is handmade to your specification, made-to-order items are produced just for you. If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll always do our best to help. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, and any faulty or damaged item will be repaired or replaced under our craftsmanship guarantee.
Problems with your order?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
