These terms set out the basis on which you can use our website and buy beds from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance when we begin making your bed. As each bed is handmade to order, please check your size, fabric and options carefully before you order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if there's a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely at checkout, or you can spread the cost with Klarna. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where we spot one we'll let you know before processing your order.

Made-to-order products

Beds are built to your specification in our Dewsbury workshop, typically within 2–3 weeks. Fabric colours and product images are provided as a guide — we recommend ordering free fabric samples before you buy, as screens can vary.

Delivery & returns

Delivery and your rights regarding made-to-order items are set out in our delivery & returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee & liability

Every frame carries our manufacturer craftsmanship guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so; otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
