These terms set out the basis on which you can use our website and buy beds from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance when we begin making your bed. As each bed is handmade to order, please check your size, fabric and options carefully before you order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if there's a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely at checkout, or you can spread the cost with the instalment finance options shown at checkout. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where we spot one we'll let you know before processing your order. Where a promotional discount code is advertised, the discounted price shown applies only when the code is entered at checkout.

Instalment finance

We offer instalment finance at checkout from third-party lenders. Klarna Pay in 3 lets you split your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments and is provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited (FRN 987889), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. PayItMonthly lets you spread the cost over interest-free monthly instalments and is provided by PayItMonthly Ltd T/A PayItMonthly (Company No. 09719909), deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of the Temporary Permissions Regime for Regulated Deferred Payment Credit.

Finance is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+, subject to status; T&Cs apply. Credit is subject to status and affordability checks. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit, and late or missed payments could impact your ability to access credit in the future.

Made-to-order products

Beds are built to your specification in our Dewsbury workshop, typically within 2–3 weeks. Fabric colours and product images are provided as a guide — we recommend ordering free fabric samples before you buy, as screens can vary.

Delivery & returns

Delivery and your rights regarding made-to-order items are set out in our delivery & returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee & liability

Every frame carries our manufacturer craftsmanship guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so; otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
