The Hadley gives a child's room the same tall channelled headboard we put on our adult frames, scaled down and paired with low upholstered sides that keep a small sleeper where they should be. It is built the way the grown-up beds are built — solid timber interior frame, proper sprung slats, upholstery stretched over the frame rather than glued to board — because a child's bed takes more punishment than an adult's, not less. Available in six widths from 2ft6 up to 6ft, so it carries on working well past the age most children's furniture gets thrown out.
